NATO Chief Proposes 5% Defense Budget Target

Nato chief Mark Rutte is now officially proposing 5 percent as the new budget target for the defense, divided into 3.5 percent traditional defense and 1.5 percent with military benefit. Decision awaits the Nato summit in The Hague.
