Russia's military reports that it has captured two more villages in eastern Ukraine, in the regions of Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk.

During the night to Saturday, Russia carried out a large-scale drone attack over Ukraine, according to the Ukrainian air force. The attack is said to have taken place just hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump held talks in Alaska about the war in Ukraine.
Among other things, at least 85 drones and an Iskander-M ballistic missile are said to have attacked Ukraine along the front line in four regions. 61 of the drones are said to have been shot down, according to the Ukrainian air force.
