Eleven people have died and at least 130 have been injured in an explosion at a munitions factory outside Moscow, according to Russian authorities on Saturday.
The explosion occurred at the munitions and ammunition factory Elastik, in the Rjazan region, about 200 kilometers southeast of the capital.
In 2021, 17 people were killed in an explosion at the same factory.
