Analyst: Surprised that Telia dares

Telia's massive cost-cutting package, where 3,000 employees will be laid off, can be positive for profitability, but also entail risks for revenue, according to analyst Joni Grönqvist. I don't think many would have believed that Telia dares to make such drastic decisions, he says.
