Banks Criticized for Cautious Mortgage Rate Cuts

Several major banks have lowered their mortgage rates – but not as much as the Swedish Central Bank's reduction. According to savings economist Christina Sahlberg, the banks have been unusually cautious. It's about enormous amounts of money, she says.
