The reason is that posts on social media have not been marked as advertising despite promoting makeup.

The injunction is linked to a fine of 1.5 million kronor each for Beauty Icons AB, with the brand Caia, and Bianca Ingrosso AB. If the companies violate the injunction, they may be sentenced to pay the fines.

The KO notes that Bianca Ingrosso's posts violate the Marketing Act and prohibits the companies from continuing to use hidden advertising.

Ingrosso's company has previously been reviewed by the Consumer Agency when she has repeatedly violated the Marketing Act on social media. In connection with this, Ingrosso has announced that she will review the routines for marketing her products.
