Ardalan Shekarabi
The Social Democrats are rearranging ahead of the 2026 election
The Social Democrats are rearranging their spokespersons in various political issues. One of them who gets a new assignment is Ardalan Shekarabi, who becomes the new labor market policy spokesperson.
Kristersson on Jomshof: "No opinion"
Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) says he has no opinion on Richard Jomshof returning to the Riksdag's Justice Committee. The Social Democrats and the Green Party, on the other hand, stand firm that Jomshof is unfit as chairman.
They demand that Jomshof should not return
Richard Jomshof (SD) was directly unfit as chairman of the Justice Committee and his time in the post has harmed Sweden, according to Ardalan Shekarabi (S), vice chairman of the committee. The Prime Minister has a direct responsibility for him sitting there and for ensuring that he does not return to the post.
The criticism from within S: "Damn weird"
The S-leadership is criticized within the party for not having acted tough enough after Dagens Nyheter's exposure of how S-lotteries are sold. The Municipal Councilor in Borlänge demands in an interview with the newspaper that the gaming company's management resigns.
Wiretap Children Under 15 Years Old
The Social Democrats say that society is in an acute national crisis as brutal violence is affecting younger and younger ages. The Social Democrats propose that children under 15 years of age can be subject to secret coercive measures.
