ECB expected to cut interest rates – possibly six times

It has been a given fact among assessors for some time. The European Central Bank (ECB) is expected to follow the Riksbank's lead and lower its interest rates by 0.25 percentage points on Thursday. But what happens to the rate afterwards is far from clear.
