First, a Paralympian from Rwanda disappeared. Now, the French police are also investigating the disappearance of two participants in the Paralympics from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Shot putter Mireille Nganga and sprinter Emmanuel Grace Mouambako were both flag bearers during the opening ceremony of the Games in Paris.

They disappeared on September 5 together with a third person, along with their bags. However, their passports remained with the Congolese delegation.

In the beginning of the Paralympics, a player from Rwanda's sitting volleyball team disappeared.
