Ukraine and Russia Prepare New Prisoner Exchanges After Istanbul Talks

Monday's meeting between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul ended after an hour, further prisoner exchanges between the countries are now being prepared. At the same time, Ukraine's President Zelenskyj is requesting further support from his allies at a meeting in Vilnius.
