Ukraine Seeks EU Support After US Halts Arms Deliveries

USA is stopping certain promised arms deliveries to Ukraine, in light of concerns that the country's own arsenal has decreased too much, according to the White House. Ukraine responds by summoning a high-ranking American diplomat in Kyiv. At the same time, the country is hoping for cooperation with EU countries regarding arms production.
