Pandemic Innovation: Stockholm Hospitals Recycle Protective Aprons

Emergency hospitals in Region Stockholm consume over eleven million protective aprons per year. A desperate attempt to find plastic aprons during the pandemic led to a project where they now aim to recycle a large part of them. It has been a bit slow at times but now it feels like it's taken off, says the senior physician Johanna Albert.
