The injuries occurred when a spectator fell from one stand section to another.
"We hope that all those involved recover quickly and fully," says Bartosz Niedzwiedzki, spokesperson for Eintracht Frankfurt, in a statement quoted by the AP news agency.
Frankfurt coach Dino Toppmöller's first thoughts after the match were dedicated to the affected supporters.
"First and foremost, I hope that the injured fans recover quickly. It's depressing to witness what happened," said Toppmöller.
Swedish national team midfielder Hugo Larsson scored one of Frankfurt's goals in the 3–1 win over Kiel.
