Kylian Mbappé has been in a legal dispute with his former club Paris Saint-Germain for some time. This is because the French star has claimed that the club has not paid out salaries and bonuses as it should have during his last period in PSG.
And now Mbappé appears to be emerging victorious from the whole thing.
According to the news agency AFP, LFP, the French league organization, is ordering PSG to pay a staggering 630 million kronor to the Frenchman.
At the same time, the news agency writes that PSG is expected to defy the order and refuse to pay the money to the French superstar, who now plays for Real Madrid. The reason is that the Paris club claims that Mbappé agreed to waive the sum as early as August 2023.
While the legal dispute with the former club is ongoing, Kylian Mbappé is also being investigated for suspected rape following his visit to Stockholm earlier in October.
On the sporting front, the Frenchman is preparing for the first El Clasico of his career, when he and his Real Madrid face Barcelona in a highly charged rivalry match on Saturday evening.
