The Christian Democrats and The Liberals say no to The Moderate Party's proposal to continue governing Norrköping together, local media reports.
On Friday, M announced that Sophia Jarl would be replaced as chair of the municipal council. However, she would continue as municipal councillor. But that offer has now been rejected.
Sophia Jarl became nationally known last year after the bourgeois government decided to shut down the cultural administration in Norrköping. Instead, the operations would be organized within the Growth and Development Office, which sparked strong reactions.
There is also political unrest in another municipality in Östergötland. The Social Democrats announced on Monday that the party has terminated its cooperation with The Moderate Party in Vadstena.
