Premier League club Liverpool is cracking down on ticket fraud. 75 people have been banned for life and a further 136 for an indefinite period, the club reports. Additionally, the club has shut down 100,000 fake accounts used in connection with ticket purchases during the latest season.
According to Liverpool, most of the illegal activities are linked to unauthorized sales of season tickets and so-called VIP tickets.
