Two Palestinian police officers are reported to have been killed and several people injured in an Israeli drone attack east of the Rafah border crossing in southern Gaza, according to, among others, The Jerusalem Post.
The police officers were said to have been working on a relief effort in the war-torn area when the attack occurred, according to media.
Currently, a fragile ceasefire prevails in the Gaza war between Israel and the terrorist-stamped Hamas. Hamas accuses the Israeli attack of being a "serious violation" of the ceasefire.
Previously, both sides have accused each other of violating the agreement.
