Norway is providing around 6.6 billion Swedish kronor to Ukraine for air defense systems together with Germany, reports NRK.

Countries will pay for two Patriot systems including robots. Norway will also contribute to the purchase of air defense radar from the German manufacturer Hensoldt and air defense from German Kongsberg.

"Together with Germany, we are now ensuring that Ukraine gets powerful air defense systems. Germany and Norway are cooperating very closely to support Ukraine in the fight to defend the country and protect the civilian population against Russian air attacks", says Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in a press release.
