The man, a British citizen, was one of six who worked in Reuters' news team in Ukraine, writes BBC.

Two more employees from the news team, two journalists, were injured in the attack on the Sapphire hotel.

"We are immediately seeking more information about the attack, including by cooperating with the authorities in Kramatorsk, and we are supporting our colleagues and their families", the news agency writes in a statement.

The body of a British man in his 40s was found in the rubble after 19 hours of searching, according to the Ukrainian national police.

At least eleven people have been killed in Russian attacks around Ukraine in the past 24 hours, according to Ukrainian authorities earlier.

Five people have also been killed in a Ukrainian attack in the Russian border region of Belgorod, just under four miles from the Ukrainian border. Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov writes on the messaging app Telegram on Sunday morning that twelve people were also injured in the attack.

Ukraine has increased its attacks on Belgorod and recently also on the neighboring region of Kursk, where Ukraine is currently conducting an offensive.
