A man in his 85s is being prosecuted for raping a 7-year-old girl in Finspångs municipality, writes Norrköpings Tidningar.
The assault is said to have occurred in June this year and the man was arrested the same day.
He is being prosecuted for child rape. If that is not considered proven, the prosecutor wants the district court to try the charges of gross sexual assault against a child or gross sexual harassment against a child. The man, who is being held in custody, denies the crime.
