A military helicopter from the Defence Forces landed on Tuesday morning on the roof of the parliament in central Stockholm.
According to Marie Tisäter at the Defence Forces' press service, it is about a joint exercise between the Defence Forces and the police, which took place between eight and twelve in the morning.
This part of the exercise is about being able to get down via ropes from high altitude, says Marie Tisäter to TT.
That the exercise takes place on the parliament house roof is no coincidence.
It is important that we practice in places where we should be able to operate, she says.
Whether similar exercises will take place at the same location in the future, she cannot say.
We practice regularly with each other in different locations.
