Beach volleyball stars Jonatan Hellvig and David Åhman are through to the semifinal at the World Championship tournament in Brazil after 2–1 against the home players Guto Carvalhaes and Vitor Felipe.
The Swedish duo lost the first set but turned the match around in João Pessoa and eventually won 18–21, 21–14, 15–11.
In the semifinal, they will face the Norwegian duo Christian Sørum and Anders Mol.
