I have received information that Bengal-like objects were thrown at the away section. More detailed information about exactly how many were thrown and potential damages is not available yet, said Police Commissioner Fredrik Bratt to Sydsvenskan shortly after the match ended.

Four people were taken into custody before the match and are suspected of crimes for attempting to bring pyrotechnics into Eleda Stadium in Malmö, according to the police website.

However, many apparently managed to bring pyrotechnics, such as Bengal lights, into the stands without issue. The police note that there was "extensive use" of pyrotechnics on both teams' supporter sections.

Video footage will be reviewed to see if more individuals can be identified and become suspects for crimes.

This also applies to the incident after the match, where, according to video clips, one or two Bengal lights were thrown at the away supporters' section.

Additionally, the police note that two people were ejected when they attempted to bring masks into the stadium, and three were taken into custody for disturbing public order. One more is suspected of violent resistance during an intervention after the match.
