Tobias Tibell, the chief lawyer who got a new role shortly after Möllerberg took office in November 2023, says that his leadership is based on close dialogue and listening – which, according to the investigations into the storm surrounding the Federation, is something different from under Möllerberg's leadership.
It's about involving, taking in perspectives and then our task is to make the decisions we think are best, he says.
