Spain investigates Apple

Spain's competition authority (CNMC) has launched an investigation into Apple's terms for mobile app developers selling on the App Store.

The methods can be considered a "very serious infringement" of competition rules, the authority writes in a statement, where it also states that the infringement can lead to fines of up to 10 percent of the company's total global turnover.
