The Portuguese midfielder Rui Modesto is leaving AIK. The Portuguese has made it clear with Italian Udinese.
"It is with mixed feelings that we now sell Rui Modesto. On the one hand, we lose a fantastic player and person. On the other hand, this transfer is well-deserved for him and also a very good economic deal for AIK," says sports manager Thomas Berntsen to the club's website.
According to AIK, the net revenue from the sale is worth between 10 and 20 million kronor.
The 24-year-old came to AIK in 2023, played 60 competitive matches and scored 16 goals.
