Ten people have been confirmed dead and dozens more are missing after two migrant boats capsized off Italy.
In total, 61 people were on board a wooden boat off the island of Lampedusa. 51 of them were evacuated, but ten were found dead under deck, reports the German aid group Resqship on Twitter.
In another shipwreck off Calabria, around 60 people have been reported missing. The boat had likely sailed from Turkey, writes the Italian coastguard in a statement.
