Many cows have burned to death in a fierce fire on a farm in Norwegian Levanger, reports Norwegian media.
According to the police, there were around 450 cows in the barn when the fire started.
It is unknown how many have died, but it is many, says the police's incident commander on site Tonje Våden to Trønder-Avisa.
Veterinarians and emergency slaughterers are working on site, and evacuated animals are being transported to nearby farms, reports NTB.
The alarm came in just before 11 pm on Sunday. The building will be allowed to burn down under controlled conditions, writes VG.
