The German giant club Bayern München is making a billion investment ahead of the coming season.
Recently, Michel Olise was purchased for 661 million kronor from Crystal Palace. Now the club is also acquiring the Portuguese midfielder João Palhinha for 570 million kronor.
João Palhinha, who comes from English Fulham, has signed a four-year contract with the German club.
On Bayern München's website, João Palhinha says it's a dream come true and that he likes the atmosphere around the club's home arena.
The club's fans will also feel a positive atmosphere since the latest acquisitions, at a billion level, are a powerful signal to the rest of football Europe that Bayern München will be a force to be reckoned with next season.
I want to win titles and will do everything to achieve that, says João Palhinha.
Bayern missed the league title last season. Vincent Kompany has taken over as the new coach of the team.
