The disciplinary dispute between Barcelona and injured team captain Marc-Andre ter Stegen has taken a new turn. Now the club is taking away the captain's armband from the goalkeeper until the matter is resolved, Barcelona announces in a statement on its website.
Injured ter Stegen has refused to sign a document that Barcelona wants to submit to La Liga to open up salary space and thus be able to register new players.
