The number of people who get the name Inse continues to become more after the royal misstatement in February.
Now, six months later, five people with the name Inse are registered, according to the Swedish Tax Agency's statistics.
It was Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia's latest addition – Princess Ines – that gave rise to the trend.
At a council, King Carl Gustaf announced the newborn's name: Ines Marie Lilian Silvia. But, the king happened to say "Inse" instead of Ines as the given name, and a moment of confusion arose.
At the time, no one in Sweden was named Inse. But thereafter, several children have been named Inse – and now five people bear the name.
