The world-renowned but anonymous artist Banksy revealed on Monday that he has created a new artwork in London.
The artwork depicts a goat perched on a cliff from which stones are falling and is located on a wall in Richmond, London. A CCTV camera on the wall has been redirected towards the goat.
Banksy posted the news on his Instagram on Monday, but left no explanation as to how the artwork should be interpreted. This has led Londoners to guess the message, writes BBC.
Some believe that the image represents the human race standing "on the edge of the abyss". Others interpret the fact that the CCTV camera is part of the artwork as a commentary on the lack of integrity.
