Stars Advance According to Plan in Wimbledon
The Italian Jannik Sinner is as expected advancing to the second round in Wimbledon – but it was not entirely without problems. The world number one is joined by another group of stars who won their initial matches on Monday, including the Norwegian Casper Ruud and the Spanish Carlos Alcaraz.
Spanish super duo to play together in the Olympics
At the very least, a strong Spanish tennis duo will play doubles together in the summer's Olympics. The 38-year-old legend Rafael Nadal and the 21-year-old starlet Carlos Alcaraz have been paired together and will play together.

Carlos Alcaraz, the Spanish player, is through to the semifinals of the French Open tennis championships. The 21-year-old defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece in three straight sets, 6–3, 7–6, 6–4.
Alcaraz took an easy win in the French Open
Carlos Alcaraz dominated against 21st-seeded Felix Auger-Aliassime. The third-ranked Spaniard is qualified for the quarterfinals in the French Open tennis championships for the third year in a row.
