At the very least, a strong Spanish tennis duo will play doubles together in the summer's Olympics.
The 38-year-old legend Rafael Nadal and the 21-year-old starlet Carlos Alcaraz have been paired together and will play together. This was announced by the Spanish tennis federation on Wednesday.
Alcaraz won as recently as Sunday's French Championships after a final victory over Alexander Zverev. For Nadal, who has had major injury problems lately, the French Championships ended as early as the first round when he faced Zverev.
The Olympics in Paris will open on 26 July.
