AIK stands on 20 points – four behind Brommapojkarna on safe ground. Even Vittsjö has 24 points, but meets Piteå on Sunday in the 24th round. Next-to-last Kif Örebro has 19 points.
Already after just over half an hour, AIK led 3–0 in Växjö. Adelisa Grabus initiated the goal scoring in the eighth minute and seven minutes later, Haruna Tabata extended it to 2–0. Another seven minutes later, Beata Olsson set it to 3–0 and the match was settled. In the opening of the second half, Elin Nilsson scored a consolation goal for Växjö, which with its 27 points is on safe ground.
Brommapojkarna defeated bottom-placed Trelleborg on Saturday with a whole 7–0 – BP forward Klara Andrup became a four-goal scorer. It has been clear for a while that Trelleborg will be relegated from the women's top division – the Scanian newcomer has taken only three points in 24 matches.
An undefeated Rosengård secured the championship title already in round 22.
