The British doctor and TV presenter Michael Mosley, more known for launching the 5:2 diet, has gone missing after a walk on a Greek island. The Daily Mail reports.

A major search effort has been launched on the island of Symi since Mosley did not return on Wednesday evening after a walk. He was found to be on St. Nicholas Beach with another couple when he decided to head back home, according to the newspaper.

The police are searching for him with, among other things, drones, but so far, no trace of him has been found.

Michael Mosley, a doctor and journalist, gained international stardom when he founded the so-called 5:2 diet.
