Melodifestivalen is now changing who will handle the jury work, reports SVT.
Previously, the jury consisted of a mix of music industry people, editorial members and music listeners without professional connection, but in next year's edition of Melodifestivalen, the jury will consist only of people with a "clear musical profile", writes SVT in a press release.
The new jury's tasks will be to listen through the submitted entries, select and assess the songs based on their potential.
