The floorball club FC Helsingborg avoids going bankrupt. On Monday morning, they announced that the 400,000 kronor needed to pay off supplier debts had been collected.
This has been achieved through individual contributions via Swish and corporate sponsorships, among other things.
"This is proof of the strength that exists in FCH and what we can achieve when we stand united. You have not only saved our association – you have also shown that together we can overcome any challenges", the club writes on its website.
By Friday, 100,000 kronor were still needed for Helsingborg to avoid having to file for bankruptcy. Since then, the club has managed to raise the remaining 300,000 kronor over the weekend.
FC Helsingborg plays in the men's Super League.
