Truls Möregårdh lost the semifinal in WTT Champions in Yokohama. The Chinese world second in table tennis, Wang Chuqin, crushed the Swede with 4–0 in sets.
Wang won with 11–4, 11–5, 11–1, 12–10 over the fifth-ranked Swede. He will face the home hope and world third Tomakazu Harimoto in the final.
