Wang Chuqin Defeats Truls Möregårdh 4-0 in WTT Champions Semifinal

Truls Möregårdh lost the semifinal in WTT Champions in Yokohama, Japan. The Chinese world second in table tennis, Wang Chuqin, crushed the Swede with 4–0 in sets.

Wang won with 11–4, 11–5, 11–1, 12–10 over the fifth-ranked Swede.

In the final, however, it was a loss for the Chinese. The home hope and world third Tomakazu Harimoto took home the tournament victory via 4–2 in sets.

Next in line is play in Malmö for the world's pingis elite. On Sunday, the main tournament in Europe Smash gets underway.
