Two teenage boys are being prosecuted for the murder of a 16-year-old boy in Örkelljunga in January. He was attacked with, among other things, a knife and the same night a 16-year-old boy was arrested, who is now being prosecuted. A few days later, the 15-year-old was arrested, who is also being prosecuted for the murder.
"The evidence consists mainly of witness statements, and we have a film of the incident from one of the witnesses' mobile phones. We have also found the weapons used in the crime. The defendants know each other well, and in any case, one of them was closely acquainted with the victim," says Deputy Chief Prosecutor Helene Jacobsson in a press release.
