We receive an alarm at 02.42 about some kind of explosion in connection to an apartment building. When we arrive, we see that it is about material damage on the site, says Tobias Ahlén-Svalbro, press spokesperson at the police.

An area around the building has been cordoned off and the police classify the incident as gross negligence.
No resident in the house has needed to be evacuated or accommodated as a result of the explosion.
