The offense was introduced on Wednesday – and late in the afternoon the same day, a driver was stopped by the police along the eastern Särövägen.
The driver, a man in his 60s, is now suspected of both serious drunk driving and the new insult offense.
During the arrest, the man is upset and is said to have called the police various derogatory terms, says Johanna Wernersson, station commander in Kungsbacka, to the magazine.
