Something has exploded inside or outside an entrance to an apartment building. The door has been destroyed but there are no personal injuries, says Johan Ljung, duty officer at the police.
A boy between 15 and 18 years has been detained during the night suspected of the explosion.
We have caught a young man who is being held in custody due to this crime, namely public endangerment and serious offense against the law on explosive goods, says Johan Ljung to TT.
The alarm about the explosion came in at 00.30. Later during the night, the police's bomb squad could confirm that it was a hand grenade that exploded.
No apartment has needed to be evacuated as a result of the explosion.
Less than a month ago, another explosion occurred at the same address. Not then either was anyone injured.
It is exactly the same place, and that we will have to look at of course, says Johan Ljung.
