A 19-year-old man has been arrested suspected of three attempted murders after a robbery at a hair salon last week, reports Göteborgs-Posten.
The incident occurred in the Krokslätt district last week. According to the newspaper, the police theory is that the knife-wielding man was trying to steal a necklace from one of the salon's customers – but the robbery went awry and a total of three people were injured.
All three were taken to hospital with what was described as serious injuries.
The suspected man has previously been convicted of minor drug offenses and has some connections to a criminal network. However, the incident at the hair salon is not believed to be gang-related.
