A principal at a municipal elementary school in Stockholm is being prosecuted for violating the prohibition on investigations, reports Vi Lärare.
The principal allegedly asked the school's teachers who had spoken out for Vi Lärare after a major dispute and work stoppage at the school. However, such investigations are prohibited by the Freedom of Expression Act in government agencies and certain private enterprises.
The Chancellor of Justice's evidence against the principal includes, among other things, a recorded conversation and an email to an employee.
The principal denies the crime.
