"This incident has not happened. True justice will prevail. We fight from a position of victory, not for victory. This was over before it even started".
So says Jay-Z in a new statement to E News, following the rape allegations against him. A woman has sued the world star in a civil lawsuit, accusing him and Sean "Diddy" Combs of raping her at a party in 2000 when she was 13 years old.
Earlier in the week, Jay-Z claimed through his lawyer that the accusation is an attempt to extort money from him.
For the arrested hip-hop mogul "Diddy", who also denies, the lawsuit is the latest in a long series of allegations of rape and other serious sexual assaults.
