The Öresunds Bridge was closed to car traffic in the direction of Denmark after an alarm about an accident in the tunnel on Saturday morning, which caused long queues on the Swedish side, writes Sydsvenskan.

The alarm came in at 10:30. According to the Copenhagen police, a car is said to have gotten a puncture in the tunnel and four cars are said to have gotten punctures outside the tunnel, reports the Danish news agency Ritzau. No one was injured in the incident.

Just after 12:00, the bridge announced on its website that the connection is open again. One lane is, however, still closed and is expected to open during the afternoon.
