A girl has been hit by a small truck north of Ludvika, the police write on their website.
The alarm came just after 8 am. The girl has been taken to hospital by ambulance, and her injury status is unclear. The police do not suspect any crime in connection with the incident.
The driver was going at a relatively low speed, clearly below the permitted maximum speed, says Mats Öhman, press spokesperson for the Bergslagen police region, to Expressen.
