The municipality reported the man to the police after the clearing, which took place last year. The man admits the course of events, but denies the crime and will not accept any claim from the municipality.

He says that the clearing took place because the municipality is going to establish new water and sewage systems that all residents must connect to.

According to him, he "only prepared for what the municipality has forced upon them in the form of compulsory connection", it is stated in the preliminary investigation.

But a representative of the municipality says that there are no imminent plans to redo the sewage system, so the prosecuted man has "gone far ahead of events".
