Minister for Foreign Affairs Maria Malmer Stenergard (The Moderate Party) criticizes Israel's decision to initiate the invasion of Gaza city.

”It risks leading to extensive forced relocations of the civilian population that cannot be reconciled with international law”, she says in a written comment to TT.

She also writes that the Swedish government is clear that the territory of Gaza may not be changed, reduced or annexed.
