The two friends both play in division two, but are now counting on getting into the Guinness Book of Records for the world's longest ping-pong duel.
We started loading up for this moment four months ago. We're both so stubborn, it's the mental part that makes us manage it, says Fredrik Nilsson.
The duo served up the "match" early on Sunday morning and by 21:30, the previous world record of 13 hours and 36 minutes was beaten. Nilsson and Ohlsson chose to finish after another minute and a half of playing.
We had the strength to continue longer, but we thought it was enough. We wanted to celebrate, says Fredrik Nilsson.
Before the celebration, there was a toilet visit – a few of those were not allowed during the time they hit the ball back and forth.
